A good self-defense program should not focus only on the fighting aspect of the self-protection, there are different steps in an aggression and the most common mistake of self-defense program is to base everything on the last one, the fighting and physical confrontation.

Our program focuses on every aspect of self-defense from the environmental awareness, attitude and mind set to not be a target / victim, to the development of important skills like mobility, confidence, mental training and of course physical defensive skills.

Regular classes in PTKGC focus on the art of Pekiti Tirsia Kali, minding the self defense aspect and translation in every application. The following are special classes offered to companies, schools and organisations that want to host workshops and team buildings.

CLASSICAL PEKITI TIRSIA KALI

This program focuses on the original and classical Filipino Martial Arts named Pekiti Tirsia Kali as it was originally taught in the ancient times. This is a good program to learn your local ancestor martial art in a very effective way that will lead you to a very serious fighting and self-defense skills.

WELLNESS DYNAMIC KALI

This program combines Self-defense principles of Boxing with cardio, core training, and Pekiti Tirsia Kali dynamic exercises. It is a good way to mix physical training with development of combative and self-protection skills. It can be a one-time seminar or on a regular scheduled classes.
